Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or “try before you buy” purchase. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and subscription plan you select.

All subscriptions are subject to a minimum commitment of three (3) payments. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to complete at least three payments before you are eligible to cancel your subscription.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery unless you have chosen to pay in advance.

You may request to cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellation will only take effect once the minimum commitment of three payments has been completed. Any payments and deliveries due before the completion of this minimum commitment will remain payable.

After the third payment has been completed, you may cancel your subscription before the next scheduled billing date to avoid any further charges.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew after the initial commitment period. Unless cancelled after the minimum three-payment commitment, recurring payments and deliveries will continue according to the frequency selected when placing your order.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in inventory.

We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout and securely store your payment method. The full or remaining balance will then be charged when the product becomes available and your order is ready to be fulfilled.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order as long as it has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may be eligible to request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Try Before You Buy

When you purchase a “try before you buy” item, we will authorize your payment method before fulfilling your order.

You will have a specified trial period to decide whether you wish to keep the item. If you return the item within the applicable trial period and in accordance with our Returns Policy, you will not be charged the full purchase price.

If the trial period expires and the item has not been returned, your payment method will automatically be charged for the full amount.
