Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier and are provided for informational purposes only. CURVANA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties (carriers, customs, or external events).
Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number is provided to the customer, allowing them to monitor the delivery of their parcel. From the moment the package is handed over to the carrier, CURVANA cannot be held liable for loss, theft, delays, or delivery errors attributable to the carrier.

If a package is marked as โdeliveredโ by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled and delivered to the address provided at checkout. No delivery-related claims will be accepted if the carrier confirms successful delivery.
