CURVANA Brand – NOVAXIA LLC

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of products marketed by NOVAXIA LLC, under the CURVANA brand, via the official website accessible in France.

Any validated order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

2. Products

The products offered are dietary supplements in gummy form, formulated from plant-based ingredients.
They comply with applicable regulations. Customers are advised to carefully read the recommendations provided on the packaging and to consult a healthcare professional in case of doubt.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are expressed in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT included).
Payments are made online via secure payment methods. No order will be shipped before full payment has been received and validated.

4. Delivery

Orders are prepared within an average timeframe of 72 business hours.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier and are provided for informational purposes only. CURVANA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties (carriers, customs, or external events).

Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number is provided to the customer, allowing them to monitor the delivery of their parcel. From the moment the package is handed over to the carrier, CURVANA cannot be held liable for loss, theft, delays, or delivery errors attributable to the carrier.

If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled and delivered to the address provided at checkout. No delivery-related claims will be accepted if the carrier confirms successful delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

The customer has a legal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

No withdrawal will be accepted for any product that has been opened, used, or unsealed, in accordance with hygiene rules applicable to dietary supplements.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and products must be returned in their original condition, unopened. A refund will be issued after inspection of the returned items.

6. “Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back” – 60 Days (Bundles Only)

Refunds apply only to unused products. Any request that does not strictly comply with the conditions below will be rejected.

The 60-day satisfaction guarantee applies exclusively to CURVANA bundle (pack) orders placed via the official website [mycurvana.com].

It does not apply to single-item purchases or individually opened bottles.

To request a refund, the Customer must:

  • Submit a written request via the contact form

  • Provide valid proof of purchase (order number, payment confirmation)

  • Return all products received, including empty and unused bottles, in their original packaging, intact, undamaged, and perfectly clean

  • Provide proof of daily and compliant use of the product (dated photos, signed tracking log, etc.)

  • Include a sworn statement confirming that the product was consumed in accordance with the instructions on the packaging

Failure to meet any of these conditions will automatically render the refund request null and void.

Return shipping, processing, and logistical handling fees remain entirely at the Customer’s expense.

After receiving and inspecting the returned products, CURVANA reserves the right to approve or refuse the refund request at its sole discretion.

In the event of behavior deemed abusive or fraudulent (multiple claims, misuse), CURVANA reserves the right to refuse any refund request.

7. Liability

CURVANA products are not medicines and are not intended to replace medical advice or treatment.
CURVANA cannot be held responsible for expected effects, which may vary from one individual to another.

8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the CURVANA website (texts, images, visuals, trademarks, logo, structure) are the exclusive property of NOVAXIA LLC.
Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

9. Disputes – Applicable Law

These GTCS are governed by the laws applicable at the registered office of NOVAXIA LLC.
Any dispute relating to the execution or interpretation of these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts.
